STOP Suicide Workshops
Suicide Plus workshops are now available as online instructor led sessions. Learn how to be alert to warning signs of others having suicidal thoughts or behaviours, gain confidence to speak directly about suicide and understand how to help someone stay safe for now. We may be able to offer FREE sessions to community groups and to charities providing local services.

ASIST: Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training
ASIST is a comprehensive two day course which enables you to become more willing, ready and able to help people who are at risk of suicide. Developed by LivingWorks in Canada and delivered world-wide, it is an interactive and practical course proven to help caregivers learn how to identify risk and intervene to prevent the immediate risk of suicide.

Zero Suicide Alliance FREE Suicide Prevention Training
This training is offered by the Zero Suicide Alliance. It will teach you how to recognise the warning signs and safeguard someone that could be contemplating suicide.
The free, 20 minute course will teach you:
- How to identify when someone may be having suicidal thoughts or behaviour.
- How to talk openly and confidently to a suicidal person about their thoughts and feelings.
- The best process for signposting individuals to services or support networks that can help them.
