A GROUND-BREAKING new suicide prevention campaign is inviting local organisations and members of the public to help tackle suicide across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire. The STOP suicide campaign, the first of its kind in this area, launched this month (September 2014) and seeks to empower people to work together to help make a suicide-safer community.
The campaign, funded by NHS England, is being delivered by the mental health charities: Mind in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough & Fenland Mind, and Lifecraft, and is supported by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), and the Cambridgeshire County Council Public Health Team.
