To help mark the the 250th anniversary of Addenbrooke’s Hospital, STOP Suicide is joining them in the Health and Wellbeing Village at Cambridge City Council’s ‘Big Weekend’ event on Parker’s Piece, this Saturday 9 July 2016, between 12noon – 5pm.
About 20,000 people come to the ‘Big Weekend’ – so it is a great chance to engage with our community about the work STOP Suicide does. We are very grateful to Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for this opportunity and are pleased to be working with them.
We will also have information about Mind in Cambridgeshire’s services, as well as info on our recent Stress LESS campaign for young people. So come take a look, maybe have a chat with one of our friendly volunteers and grab some free resources.
The Health and Wellbeing Village will be situated in Area 7 (see map below) and our stand will be in tent 8.
We hope you can make it and look forward to seeing you there!
